Why Guests Love Laguna Anjuna

“The best place to unwind in Goa, offering a sense of contentment and peace where one can truly connect with their soul. The experience is elevated by several factors — the hospitality, cleanliness, the food and the supportive and friendly nature of the staff and owner, all of which are top-notch. What makes this place stand out is that each accommodation type has its own unique architectural feature, be it a dome-shaped roof or an imperial suite blended with old Portuguese architectural style across all cottages. The various trees in the immediate vicinity of the cottages add to the beauty. You can also arrange bike and car rentals through the resort team, along with spa facilities.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Laguna Anjuna ,our room looked out on a jungle area where exotic birds gathered every day, peacocks would come around regularly. Quiet spot, old style traditional rooms, staff was great, would stay again !”

My stay at Laguna Anjuna was a refreshing reminder of the quiet Heritage side of Goa. To a traveler like me who loves her slow mornings, coffee while listening to the birds chirping. Sitting amidst greenery, Laguna Anjuna was simply perfect.
The property has a beautiful vintage goan charm with old-world architecture, lush greens , landscaping and a calm intimate atmosphere that makes it feel like a retreat.
Relaxing in my comfort zone, super calming ambience for my meditation, good room service and delicious breakfast, what else do I ask for… I loved the alu parathas and the bread omlette (they also acknowledged my tastes, so that definitely gives them a brownie point).

For a non party person like me, a retreat in Goa can never be complete without my stay in this vintage heritage boutique hotel – Laguna Anjuna.

I love it… And I am going to be back again and again….

Some corners in Goa deserve to be noticed. This is one of them….

My vibe – slow down, enjoy the nature, connect with your inner self and go back home rejuvenated.

For me, Laguna Anjuna is that perfect corner in Goa!!!”

I can see clearer now, the rain is gone!

 The Goa Season is On

Its been said that for a happy life one should spend at least 120 minutes a week in nature. Many visitors know Goa for its beaches and sunshine, but those who experience the monsoon discover a very different kind of magic.

Beautiful as it was, the rains have gone and Goa is heralding a new tourist season. Goa transforms completely depending on the season, offering lush emerald landscapes during the monsoon and vibrant, sun-drenched beaches during the peak winter month

Peak Tourist Season (November – February)

      • Weather: Cool, dry, and pleasant with temperatures ranging from 20°C to 32°C and gentle coastal breezes.

      • Vibe: High-energy, festive, and bustling with crowded beaches, active beach shacks, and massive celebrations like Christmas, New Year, and Sunburn.

      • Activities: Ideal for swimming, sunbathing, water sports, island boat trips, and exploring the vibrant nightlife.  2

Transition & Shoulder Season (October – November)

      • Weather: The monsoon winds down, humidity drops, and skies turn clear with warm, comfortable days.

      • Vibe: Slower-paced and balanced, allowing visitors to enjoy green countryside views before the heavy holiday crowds arrive.

      • Activities: Great for road trips, visiting slowly reopening beach shacks, and wandering through heritage quarters like Fontainhas
