Vintage Goa Character

Laterite stone, old-style switches, limewashed walls, Venetian plaster, Bahaus era furnitre,  terracotta roofs and handcrafted details give Laguna Anjuna its nostalgic charm.

A Softer Kind of Hospitality

Goan warmth, unhurried and unjudging — a place where guests can simply relax and be themselves.

Why Laguna Anjuna Exists

Laguna Anjuna was never intended to be simply a place to spend the night. It grew from a belief that travel should slow us down rather than speed us up.

Inspired by the free-spirited Goa of an earlier era, the worls travellers of the 60s and & later, and by architecture that belonged naturally to its surroundings and Goas history, Laguna Anjuna was created as a place where tropical gardens, handcrafted buildings and quiet courtyards become part of everyday life.

Guests often tell us that the hotel reminds them of somewhere they once knew—a grandparent’s home, an old cantonment bungalow, a childhood spent close to nature. The familiar click of black-and-white switches, the cool laterite stone, winding pathways beneath palms and the feeling of being surrounded by greenery awaken memories that modern hotels rarely do.

We believe hospitality is more than efficient service. It is creating an atmosphere where people feel accepted, unhurried and at ease. A place where families reconnect, conversations linger over breakfast, children discover butterflies, and adults remember that not every moment needs to be scheduled.

Our hope is simple.

That every guest leaves carrying a little of the peace they found here, and remembers Laguna Anjuna not merely as a hotel, but as a place where, for a little while, everything felt just as it should.
