THERAPEUTIC BODYWORK TREATMENTS

Esalen Style Circulatory Bodywork: The ultimate stress buster. We start with head and face, and release the key points where stress is stored. The body is then prepared to receive the luxurious and soothing strokes of Esalen bodywork . Special attention is given to lymphatic drainage massage, which boosts the immune and circulatory systems.

Swedish Style Circulatory Bodywork:- A classic European type of bodywork using long effleurage strokes and kneading to increase circulation in the body. This soothing, yet invigorating massage also helps move lymph , release aches and strains and improves flexibility.

Ayurvedic Siddha Marma Treatment : This includes Champi (head) massage, followed by a complete Ayurvedic massage of the limbs and torso plus applied pressure on various Marma points. Your pulse is taken to determine your Vikruti (the Dosha out of balance). We then choose the proper oil to help bring the Doshas or humors back into balance.

Ayurvedic Head Massage: while you sit upright your therapist focuses on the upper back shoulders, neck and head. A rich oil is used, which aids in improving the vitality of the hair and scalp. The benefit of Ayurvedic head massage is an increased ability to concentrate and a state of calm, peace and tranquility.

COSMETIC FACIAL & BODY TREATMENTS

Rejuvenation Facial Treatment: with a smoothing yet energizing massage, we focus on head and face, releasing the key points where stress is stored, one of the most damaging influences in our lives and the cause of premature lines and wrinkles. In addition, uneven pigmentation and insufficient skin care can also contribute to the aging of the skin. To treat this, we use a product line with a rich blend of natural ingredients, which helps in giving the skin back its natural elasticity. With the additional face massage and the treating of key energy points on the neck and shoulders, our rejuvenation facial treatment will improve the skin texture and reduce fine lines and wrinkles, by discharging any unnatural tightness in the body’s energy system.

Instant Glow Treatment: many wish for a natural light glow on their faces, as an expression of the radiance of their inborn beauty. For our instant glow treatment, we use a product line containing powerful blends of natural plant extracts like palmrosa, lavender, Indian berberry, chamomile and rosemary, which all help in decreasing the secretion of dark melanin.
